Weigh in Day!

So tomorrow (Sunday) is my weigh in day.. week 3!


I thought I would share with you all the way to go about weighing yourself to get an accurate reading.


No. 1 Weigh yourself first thing in the morning.


No. 2 Go to the toilet first, so poop and pee. This way you know each time you are just weighing your body not everything inside of it too!


No. 3 Wear minimal clothing! I'm usually in my PJ's when i weigh myself so I slip off the bottoms and step on.


No. 4 Weigh yourself twice. Just to be sure! 


No. 5 Use the same scales every time!! This is really really important as some scales will be off by a little but it doesn't matter as long as you use the same scales throughout your weight loss.
