PUSH IT!

Hey Everyone!
First- I didn't have a weigh in day on Sunday as my scales is broken! Well the battery went and we haven't got a new one yet.. Also my week wasn't that great so I'm kind of glad I didn't have to see if there was a gain. But we'll see come this Sunday if there is a nice loss.
Last week i was very down both with personal stuff and workouts, I'm still a bit low but..


PUSH IT!


I've given up before but NOT this time! We have to push through the pain, the hardship, low times, good times, temptation etc..
It's all about attitude, and I think i have the right one. I'm doing this for me and me only, for my health, for my happiness.


Something that really motivated me last week is that I went to donate blood and I asked about being on the bone marrow register and I was too heavy to be which was devastating as recently I was going to have to donate to my Brother that is sick but I wasn't a match but just thoughts of if I was I wouldn't have been able to help in. 


WE CAN DO THIS!!

Weigh in Day!

So tomorrow (Sunday) is my weigh in day.. week 3!


I thought I would share with you all the way to go about weighing yourself to get an accurate reading.


No. 1 Weigh yourself first thing in the morning.


No. 2 Go to the toilet first, so poop and pee. This way you know each time you are just weighing your body not everything inside of it too!


No. 3 Wear minimal clothing! I'm usually in my PJ's when i weigh myself so I slip off the bottoms and step on.


No. 4 Weigh yourself twice. Just to be sure! 


No. 5 Use the same scales every time!! This is really really important as some scales will be off by a little but it doesn't matter as long as you use the same scales throughout your weight loss.

Starting Weight

So I decided to take photo's for every 10lbs I lose, just for myself really to see the progress so I don't have to watch all my video's back.


So here are the photo's I took at the beginning when I was 123.6lbs(well I actually started at 123.8..)



Not very pretty, right? well hopefully that big ass belly will go sooner rather than later..!
